Calligraphy Towers is the building name used for this apartment collection in Batumi. Specify the tower and entrance in your request so that the company can identify the actual unit and provide clear arrival instructions.
Compare the layout and photographs for the apartment you are requesting. Ask the company to name the tower, floor and entrance, and confirm how lift access and key collection work. The name Calligraphy Towers should not be confused with a similarly named hotel in another location.
For a longer stay, compare more than the nightly rate. Ask about electricity, water, internet, any deposit, cleaning and the checkout time. Check the sleeping layout against your guest count and request current photographs of the offered apartment. Weekly and monthly totals depend on the company’s listed pricing unit and the duration you choose.
Agree an arrival window and a contact for key handover before travelling. Keep the full building address and apartment instructions together, and tell the company if you expect a late arrival. Sunex connects you with local companies; each company manages its own apartment, availability and rental conditions.
